  • How do I get involved with Impact, Edition or Educate?

We are always looking for new partners on our Impact platform, new artists for Edition and new educators and students to take action using the Educate model. Please email Allie at for more information.

  • Is there a limit to the number of postcards I send through Postcard Impact?

We encourage you to participate in as many of our Impact Movements as you’d like! That said, if you submit more than one postcard to an individual movement only one will be printed.

  • Is there a limit to the number of postcards I send through Postcard Educate?

If you are a student at one of our partner schools, your teacher will discuss the number of postcards they would like you to submit through your movement.

If you are participating in a Postcard Educate movement but are not a student at one of our partner schools, only one postcard per user will be printed for each movement.

  • I don’t see my Impact or Educate postcards in my previous orders, why is that?

Right now, our previous orders only save purchased orders placed through Embrace and Edition. We hope to add Impact and Educate postcards to your previous orders in the near future. Thank you for your patience!

  • Where is Postcard located?

Postcard’s headquarters, along with its printing facilities, are proudly located in the heart of downtown New York City in a neighborhood called Hudson Square. Our address is 121 Varick Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10013. Send us a postcard or drop by and say hello!

  • What does it mean to be a PBC?

Postcard has been officially incorporated as a PBC. A PBC is a Public Benefit Corporation. What this means is that we, as an organization, are not only beholden to our shareholders, but are beholden to fostering environmentally sustainable business practices, offering a high level of transparency to our stakeholders and employees, and ensuring our business is having a positive impact on society as a whole. Furthermore, Postcard currently holds pending B-Corporation status – the highest standard for socially responsible businesses.

  • What kind of paper do you use?

We source our paper from Mohawk, a fourth-generation family-owned business, started by George O’Connor in 1931. The Mohawk paper mill is located in Cohoes, NY just two hours north of our headquarters in New York City. Being part of an industry that depends heavily on energy, water, and other natural resources, Mohawk has embraced the concept of extended stewardship. They continually examine every aspect of their business with the objective of making their environmental footprint as small as possible.

We print exclusively on Mohawk paper, which is sourced from their sustainable tree farms.

  • How long will it take for my postcard to arrive?

Our postcards usually arrive within 2-4 business days when shipped in the U.S. International shipping varies by country, but generally arrives within 1-2 weeks. We rely on the United States Postal Service to get your postcard to its final destination. Holidays and delays observed by the USPS can effect Postcard arrival times.

  • What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived in time, is damaged, or has some other issue?

Please send us an email at describing your issue, and include your order number. We will happily resend your postcard at no additional charge to you. We appreciate your feedback, and will work to address any problem as quickly as possible.
